As we navigate through this unprecedented moment in our history, and though it is impossible to know what tomorrow holds for the world and for Austria, please be assured that we are looking ahead, to ensure that you, our valued guests, will always be looked after with the highest degree of SAFETY, care and comfort! We remain hopeful that we will be able to warmly welcome guests again from December 17, 2020, when Arlberg Area reopens for the new winter season.

As always, caring for you is our top priority. We have always taken standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and now we are proactively implementing additional hygiene procedures and precautions to ensure that the highest possible standards are upheld throughout every area and service which the MOOSER Hotel provides. All of our team have completed hygiene and safety control training and we are closely following the Government guidance and procedures in how to deal with COVID-19…

We also want to reassure you that we are offering a worry-free COVID-19-cancellation policy: If there are travel restrictions in place in Austria or local lockdowns in your area, you can cancel your reservation free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation up to 7 days prior to Arrival 
• Less than 7 days prior to Arrival = 90 % oft he full reservation value
• No Shows, delayed Arrivals or earlier Departures = 100% oft he full reservation value

If there are travel restrictions in place for St. Anton / Tyrol / Austria or local lockdowns in your area, you can cancel your reservation free of charge.

We understand that unforeseen events or circumstances may cause you to cancel or change your reservation. It is for this reason we advise all guests to get travel insurance. The European Travel Insurance Company currently offers a special insurance regarding the issue of COVID-19 here.
